Participants will view live demos of delicious and nutritious dishes and learn to make one dish while following along. Menu: <ul> <li> Korean Kimbap (learn to make)</li> <li> Thai Curry</li> <li> Vegan Patty</li> <li> Korean Salad</li> </ul> After making your kimbap and watching live demos of the other dishes, participants will enjoy a wonderful meal featuring all of the menu items as well as a side of steamed rice. Participants will also receive printed recipes to try at home.
