LMC Assistant Admissions Director Elaina Paulson tells us there will be representatives of more than 50 colleges and universities from all over Michigan and Indiana on hand to share information about their institutions and help students apply. Participants will view live demos of delicious and nutritious dishes and learn to make one dish while following along. Menu: <ul> <li> Korean Kimbap (learn to make)</li> <li> Thai Curry</li> <li> Vegan Patty</li> <li> Korean Salad</li> </ul> After making your kimbap and watching live demos of the other dishes, participants will enjoy a wonderful meal featuring all of the menu items as well as a side of steamed rice. Trynchuk & E. Braslavsky http://www.andrews.edu/agenda/69284 Violinist Carla Trynchuk and pianist Elena Braslavsky will be performing a recital including works by Beethoven, Grieg, Sibelius, and the Jewish Ukrainian composer Meitus. Trynchuk, faculty member at Andrews University, has performed internationally as soloist and recitalist in more than 15 countries. Braslavsky, formerly a faculty member at The Juilliard School and the Mannes School of Music, currently serves on the piano faculty of the Mozarteum University of Salzburg.
